Adding Text

Text can be added anywhere on the page. By default, text will be added using the font settings displayed in the toolbar, as shown by the screenshot below.

Steps For Adding Text

  1. Click the New Text button New Text on the toolbar.
  2. Move the mouse over the page. Click and hold down the left mouse button.
  3. Move the mouse button to define the are for the text. Release the mouse button when the area has been difined.
  4. Type in the text. Click the mouse outside of the text area on a blank portion of the page to commit the text.
  5. The text can be moved and resized the same way as the map. See for moving and resizing instructions.
