Using Hotspots
Hotspots allow for the saving of commonly used map extents that can be quickly zoomed to.
Steps For Creating A Hotspot
Zoom the map to the extent you wish to save as a Hotspot.
Click on the Hotspots button
on the MapTools toolbar.
Select Add Hotspot from the popup menu.
Enter a name for the hotspot and click OK.
Steps For Zooming To An Existing Hotspot
Click on the Hotspots button
on the MapTools toolbar.
Select name of the Hotspot from the bottom part of popup menu.
Steps To Manage Existing Hotspots
Click on the Hotspots button
on the MapTools toolbar.
Select name of the Manage Hotspots from the bottom part of popup menu.
The Hotspots dialog will display. From the dialog hotspots can be renamed, deleted or zoomed to.
